Sorry guys,
A little late getting this posted.  Our meeting will be this coming Saturday, April 20th, at Rockler.  On tap for our meeting is the following...

We've talked about rigging but after it's in place how do you clean up the loose ends?  Our good Surgeon Rodrigo has agreed to talk to us about scissors.  I will put together a practice piece to work on with several different types of rigging material.  Specifically we'll have some fly fishing leader (monofilament), lycra rigging material (that fun stretchy stuff), and also some stretched sprue.

I would really like everyone to bring their favorite clippers and we can take turns trying the different tools on the different materials to see what we like best.

Following that Roger has advised the he's putting together a slide show of his trip to see the Kidd and Texas.  I'm looking forward to hearing Roger tell us about his trip and his observations on these wonderful museum ships.

I finally completed my Easter build, the Chibi-Maru IJN Akagi Eggcraft Carrier.  All my skills went into this little gem.  I'm really proud of this one and I'm looking forward to telling you about her.

Finally if you ordered a shirt and haven't received it yet I will be bringing them to you.  I'm pleased with how they came out and I hope you are as well.

See you Saturday!
Dave
