Ship club time!  Feel the force young ship modelers!  Come to the dark side!

Meeting Location:
Rockler Woodworking (in the basement)
2553 S. Colorado Blvd., Suite 108
Denver, Colorado  80222
Date:  5/4/2019
Time:  10:00

Leading off, Bill Smallshaw is going to give us a presentation on the FRAM program.  I've had a chance to look at some of the slides and without giving anything away I'm really looking forward to this presentation.  Bill has had some experience with the Joseph P Kennedy so I'm sure he'll have some interesting stories to share with us.

Tim is going to follow up from our previous conversation on soldering, electronic microscopes, etc.
I'm excited to see what instruments of destruction Tim brings to the meeting.

At the last meeting I told you about a relatively new paint from a company called Scale Colors.  This is an alcohol based acrylic paint (think Tamiya) but can apparently be sprayed straight from the bottle or with minimal thinner?  Challenge accepted!  I'm going to shoot some samples and we'll compare them to either other brands or to color chips... or both?

I have my Easter surprise to share.  As most of you know I like to take a short break from more serious subjects to have a little fun with egg ships.  I'm putting some finishing touches on her now and looking forward to sharing the experience with you.  This is no out of the box build!

For those of you who ordered Infini rigging line it is in and I'll send a separate message to everyone who ordered it with charges.

Should be another good one!  I look forward to seeing you all Saturday.
Dave
